Very friendly welcome from bar staff, I was even showed to my room, which was tastefully decorated. Nice atmosphere in the bar where I felt completely at ease on my own. My room was a decent size, bed was really comfortable, good furniture and an excellent shower room. I had a good night's sleep and a very tasty breakfast. I will certainly stay again when back on business.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the white lion. The bed was super comfy. The landlord and landlady were incredibly welcoming, showing me around the property and explaining the house rules! I honestly couldn’t fault anything about my stay. A truly relaxed location. I just wished I could have stayed longer in the morning to enjoy the breakfast but I had to leave super early. And despite arriving after their pub kitchen had closed, I was still offered food if wanted.

Everything about this property was perfect from start to finish. Great layout and facilities. Impeccably clean and a pleasure to stay at. Really made our weekend at the British Grand Prix giving us a great space to rest and relax after long days. Will be back next year for sure.
