The location, setting & layout were great & the instructions were clear.
It would have been nice if we'd had the time to stay longer.
The only improvement would be to have a coffee machine, like Tassimo or Nespresso, with some pods.

The accommodation was perfect, comfy bed and roomy kitchen space. Great for a weekend getaway where you park up and throw the car keys at the bottom of the bag. We were made aware of parking issues and clock tower, very quaint, all well outlined and informed. We used the Sea witch to attend a performance at the Minack theatre, so would recommend that once located you organise return taxi service, rather than drive the roads at night and try to find parking when you return to Mousehole.

The hotel is spectacularly situated right by Lands End with wonderful views out to sea. There is plenty of parking. On one of the nights we stayed there was a wedding which finished at midnight and was fairly quiet. The hotel were very good at letting us know (although no discount). Breakfast was OK. The room was clean with plenty of charging points.

The location was very convenient for the Minack Theatre and Porthcurno beach. There was parking for the car and the neighbours were lovely and very helpful.
The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach and coastal paths.
Access to a designated parking space was a priority for us and was available.

Great location for exploring the coastal path and getting to nearby places. There were only two of us staying for five nights. Although we spent most of our time outdoors and eating out, Treen House itself was equipped with everything we could have needed for a self catered break.
The bedrooms were a good size all with great ensuite bathrooms. On site parking for a small car was also an added bonus.
It is ideally located close to the Minack Theatre & Porthcurno Beach . Lovely private outside courtyard & the temperature in the accommodation , despite it being an old stone property was great lovely touch that there was bread, milk and butter in the fridge when we arrived 😊 private parking space which is essential.
