Beautiful house in an excellent location for touring around Dumfries and Galloway. Very comfortable traditionally decorated house complemented by friendly helpful hosts. Breakfast was excellent and parking available outside the house. Wigtown book town is a lovely village well worth a visit not only for books but also coffee and cakes! Hope to return soon.

David was a very welcoming host.
Room a very good size with good facilities, the bathroom was very spacious and there was an actual dressing room/ wardrobe area. Expected just a continental breakfast but a full cooked was offered and accepted. We were also offered an evening meal though we had made arrangements.

We stayed in ‘The Shore’ snug and the view of the sea and surrounding hills and fields was incredible. The room was light and fresh and the staff had included little touches that really made the experience special for when we arrived.
