The view is fantastic. The place is well equipped. Comfy beds and in general a very relaxing environment. Hosts kept in touch via email. Although I have written a few things in the what I didn't like - It would not deter me from going back as it is such a nice place.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The apartments were well equipped and provided everything you need for a self-catering holiday.
The beds were so comfortable and very welcome after a day exploring the beautiful island.
Great to have allocated parking spots aswell.
1 Marine Place is superbly located less than a mile from the ferry port and town at Rothesay. We stayed in the ground floor Scalpsie Bay apartment which was large, comfortable, well furnished, attractively decorated and had great sea views from both bedroom and dining / living room. The bed was very good. The separate bathroom had a modern shower. Parking was easy and convenient.
It was just so nice to get a very clean apartment, that was both comfortable and nicely decorated. The view from the widows were excellent over the bay. Price was affordable. Easy parking at door.
Excellent location, quiet and very scenic; good off street parking. Very comfortable beds. Accommodation suited my and my family's needs for our stay on Bute. Would certainly stay there again if I returned to the island.
The views from this 1st floor apartment were exceptional from all the rooms, straight out to sea, and the main room (sitting/dining/kitchen) was very light and airy, having windows on 3 sides, and well appointed with plenty of space and 2 comfortable sofas. The location was also spot on - short walk from Port Bannatyne, and a pleasant 25 minute walk into Rothesay. There was also designated parking for each apartment and the apartment was nice and clean.
I liked that it was self catering and had good cooking facilities. I loved the location and loved eating at the table with a sea view. Property had off road parking.
