We stayed at the “ Red Lion” for 1 night as we were due to fly out of Exeter airport the next day. We stayed in the apartment, when we arrived we were given a warm welcome and made to feel at home straight away. The apartment was comfortable and cosy with everything you would need. The pub itself had a lovely atmosphere and made us feel more than welcome with lovely food but what stood out was the staff, you were made to feel like part of the family. A perfect start to our holiday.
Situated less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park, it is next to the beautiful St Davids Church and cemetery.

All went well. The hosts were brilliant and the room was comfortable and quiet.
I regret that I didnt eat more of the lovely breakfast due to the wine flights served at the Stage Restaurant the night before - which I highly recommend also.
