A really nice clean hotel that we did stay at a few years ago but one we usually pass on our way to somewhere else. The property has definitely improved since our last stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was very good, and clearly popular. The breakfast in particular was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Excellent property. Easy to find and good access to Otterburn itself and Woodhill Hall wedding venue nearby. Excellent kitchen facilities with everything we could possibly need. A member of staff met us with a key as organised. It was lovely to find milk and eggs provided in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. All in all we had everything we could want.

Beautiful cottage, lovely location, free parking, pet friendly. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, next to a small shop for anything you need to buy. Comfy beds, high quality furniture and blankets.
Loved the cosy feel of the accomodation. Parking was easy, communication was exceptional. There was nothing we didnt love. The breakfasts were fresh and cooked to order, with cereals and bread available on a table. Constant supply of coffee was lovely
Location was wonderful. Parking was great, Hot Tub Fab. Also when the power went off, the maintainence guy was there in 10 minutes and sorted - Excellent, as was the lady with the extra linen required. Big tick here

Pat was very welcoming and went over and above to make our stay enjoyable.
We ate at the property on the first night (Salmon Pasta & Enchiladas) and the food was delicious and very generous portions.
Parking at the property was no problem and the location was perfect for us as it was quiet, peaceful and the garden was lovely listening to the birds chirping in the morning.

Free parking, warm welcome. It was very cold when I stayed but there was a warm lounge and room has been pre-warmed.
Cask beer was fresh and the food was seriously good and massive portions. Breakfast was quality and many choices including serial, fruit, full english etc.
Stayed here for 1 night on a recent trip. It is very easy to find and has plenty of free car parking available. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent with plenty to choose from.
