This stay was truly 'a home from home experience.' Our hosts, Mel and Martin were very friendly and more than happy to answer questions and offer information regarding the local area. Breakfasts were a delight, which also included an extensive choice of tasty fruits and preserves.

The wardens were amazing, and the site was clean and peaceful. Someone had messed up, though, as the site should have been closed for the winter, and we shouldn't have been able to book it. But the guys looking after the site still took us in and made sure we had everything that we needed and were comfy.
We had the place to ourselves and it was wonderful.

Apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk and breakfast items. Apartment overlooks fields and is very light. My wife wanted to stay longer. A lovely place to stay, and Julie was very welcoming.
