Very kind couple who live in the same house. I came in with another girl who helped me find my way and who wanted to charge her phone since it was already dark out and she had a while to go. Even though the owners did not expect this they were more than accommodating! The lady of the house helped me with my heavy bag upstairs. She gave me a rundown of the room: there was even an electric blanket since Scotland gets so cold! The check-in was fast and they were happy with my arrival. I had texted them before on Booking to ask about the busses and they replied to me quickly. There was at least one other room. The shower was comfortable and the bed was excellent! You can tell the couple takes pride in their home, after my shower the man cleaned it right away. When I left in the morning they came out in their bathrobes to say goodbye and told me I looked refreshed after the nights sleep, which was definitely true. Plus, the lady of the house went out of her way to show me the way to the train from the sidewalk.

I was upgraded and my room was huge with a massive bed and a superb bathroom. The cornicing was lovely and the room was at a good temperature although it would have been nice to be able to adjust the temperature.

Comfortable room, good bathroom. The pizza on Friday night in the bar was delicious.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Lovely clean hotel with nice big rooms. Handy location, very easy to get to, and lots of parking. Not far from Glasgow, we were easily able to order an uber there and back (around 15-20mins each way).
Hotel staff were pleasant and we added breakfast on which was also very nice
POLITE, HELPFUL & CARING STAFF, ROOM VERY WELL APPOINTED, HOTEL WAS QUIET, GOOD DINING FACILITIES, PARKING WAS SECURE AND CLOSE TO HOTEL ENTRANCE. EXCELLENT VALUE THROUGHOUT WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.
Ticks all the boxes for things like Free Parking, Friendly Staff, Clean & Spacious Rooms and VG Room Service.
Breakfast was good and at £10 pp was pretty much the average cost for most Hotels.
Friendly and accommodating staff, didnt have vegan options on the menu but when asked had about 4 which was really good. Free parking, clean, really good size of room, good spa facilities
