The house is modern and has everything we needed for our holiday. It was spotless. Comfortable beds with lovely white linen and thick towels. Hot showers and very good toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent Wi-Fi. Large television with access to Netflix etc (you need your password). We had great fun playing Cluedo which is in the cupboard. Outside is quiet with plenty of garden furniture- also a hot tub but we didn’t use it. Parking for two cars. Great stay - thank you Emma!

The beds were very comfy with nice clean and soft bedding.
The towels were large and fluffy and had been made into towel animals on the beds for our arrival which was a nice touch.
The place was generally clean and tidy

Staff were very efficient. Low level lighting in the bathroom was a great idea. Food for dinner and breakfast better than hotels at twice the price.

It was spacious and clean. The balcony was superb.
I really appreciated the parking, the convenient location, and the excellent communication from the owner. I was especially touched by the lovely bunch of roses and the pint of milk left for me. That was very, very kind.
Location is perfect for exploring the Penzance area with very good Bus services. The Studio is really well equipped with modern and branded items throughout. Good smattering of Pubs, restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance although the hill up to the studio is a little testing. Very nice touch on arrival with Scones, cream, jam, milk and fruit left for us to enjoy. Parking is right outside the door entrance.
Like a tardis, the property is bigger in the inside than out. Beautifully laid out and sparkling clean, fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee available to refresh after a long drive. We stayed one night prior to getting the Scillonian to the Isles of Scilly and it was absolutely perfect. Good places to eat nearby for all budgets, we really enjoyed Mackerel Sky three minutes walk away. Car parking included was very helpful.
The house was tidy, clean and warm. We arrived with lights and heating on and milk in the fridge for hot drinks. Off street parking for 2 cars is a plus.
