House was lovely and clean and welcoming...didn't need to bring a thing except toothbrush. I could have stayed long term. Beds were so comfy and the en suite was a added plus. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk ready and waiting. I will definitely return next time I visit family.

The hotel was clean & smelt fresh! Beds were lovely & comfy and facilities in the bathroom were brilliant DOVE 🤩. Had an iron & ironing board, tea & coffee making facilities there’s nothing this room didn’t have really! Staff were lovely & were always smiling. The breakfast was good certainly got the day started for a long day at Alton Towers can’t fault the place at all we will be back again.
