The "extras" provided by our hosts were a lovely and unexpected touch. Daniel even suggested a lovely walk with full directions that took in the spectacular viaduct which we [and our dog ] loved and never would have found otherwise

The location of the property is [as the name suggests] on a hill, Conisbrough is hilly there is no denying.
But close to the town centre so pubs, restaurants and shops plus the castle just a short stroll away

We had a premier room, and it was spacious and beautifully clean.
Breakfast had a great choice, and staff were attentive and regularly topped up food, so it was always fresh.
Staff from reception, cleaning, and catering were all very friendly.

The main issue we had was the email we received from the owner had the code to the box with the door key cut off i.e only half the email was displayed. We had to guess it!
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The property was fantastic just what we needed - clean and had everything we needed lots of little extras like tea and coffee, it was close to the shops and a beautiful walk over the river. Parking right outside and owner went out of her way to make our stay amazing we didn’t want to leave x

Good host communication, good location for travel, nice modern house with reserved parking space, close to shops and Conisbrough Castle, Wentworth Woodhouse and Canon Hall. Would recommend Tickhill nearby too! Kevin was really great at responding and also gave us a little welcome package which was a nice touch!
A lovely property with excellent amenities. Location is not a normal tourism area but is close to the Peaks and met our needs very well. Parking is via a side street.

Nice modern decor. Parking just outside. Short distance to supermarket. Convenient to the town and Trans Pennine Way. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Warm and easy to adjust heat. Smart Tv with streaming access.
We had our car so really enjoyed the area. Some nice national trust properties near by. It is close to the peak district. We stayed in October.
