From checking in to leaving staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Our room was on the first floor very close to the lift which was excellent as we both have mobility issues and my husband cannot walk a distance. Breakfast was superb, plenty choice and hot.

Service was very slow. Food was average. The breakfast side plate was so small I couldn't get a small croissant on it. Staff pleasant.
