Lovely rural location, was quiet when we were there but imagine it can get very busy in summer as there's a great play area with animals for kids. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Everything - friendly staff, extremely comfortable room and excellent food (I stay away quite a lot on business and the breakfast was by far the best I’ve ever had). Gem of a place - thanks!

Great location and lovely space however it had no windows to open meaning the flat was boiling. There were lots of fans around to help but wouldn’t recommend with dogs as they were overheating in the flat.
Pretty little cottage in the peaks is located in Hadfield, 19 km from Etihad Stadium, 20 km from Manchester Museum, as well as 20 km from University of Manchester.

Charming property in quiet location that is beautifully decorated and equipped. The host, Rach, couldn't be more helpful. Would certainly recommend.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Excellent food, great room, great back garden, plenty of parking. The beer garden gets very busy so best to pre book for dinner. No secure parking for motorcycles but you can park them out of sight of the road.
The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with nice toiletries. There was a good selection of tea and coffee and fresh milk each day which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly. There is lots of car parking. The breakfast was very good. We stayed for two nights and it was lovely to have good choice. Lots of smoked salmon on the eggs royale.
Absolutely great place to stay. Rooms are lovely - high quality furnishings and bathrooms, spacious, spotlessly clean. Thoughtful touches like fresh milk in a cold thermos in the room rather than plastic tubs. The breakfast was superb - generous portions, lots of choice, thick cut bacon, fresh fruit salad and proper coffee (a rarity indeed!). The pub food in the evenings was very tasty and lots of choice. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Lovely views across the hillside. Plenty of parking.
Very clean and comfortable room with everything modern and working. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice food, very friendly and quick service. Nice outside area. Lots of parking
The staff were very pleasant, friendly and attentive. Towels were soft and fluffy whilst the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean with all amenities. The delicious, traditional breakfast was freshly cooked as well as help yourself to fruit, yoghurt, granola and juices available. There was plenty of parking with pretty spring flowers in troughs, tubs and hanging baskets around the building. It was situated in a quiet location with a stunning view.
Breakfast was excellent, choice of fresh fruit cereal yogurt, full English with other choices ,
We were attending a wedding locally,so used taxi too and from the venue,no drink and drive for me,
Left the car in pub car park plenty spaces available,
Also own entry door for late return,if the pub shut,
