We wanted a place close to the airport and this was it's a beautiful house. karen and Gareth were fantastic hosts they were friendly very accommodating especially with me walking with a stick nothing was to much too much trouble if I could of bought anything home from the house it would be the bed that was so comfy and I'd swap my garden for theirs any day I'd definitely stay again and I would highly recommend it so thankyoi karen and Gareth for making us feel very welcome and letting us stay xx

Well equipped property including a dishwasher and washing machine. Close to local shops and also to the centre of Derby. Extremely clean on arrival, bedding and towels smelt freshly laundered. Hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive. A couple of minor issues during our stay were dealt with incredibly fast and with a lovely manner, nothing was too much trouble. We needed to extend our stay and the hosts were incredibly accommodating for this too. Would recommend!

We came to Melbourne to watch the just the tonic comedy festival Melbourne is a stunning village. Wonderful welcoming staff, free parking, our room with ensuite was in a cottage across the road and stairs up from a private entrance so no big reception and lifts like normal hotel so it felt more like a holiday let which suited us perfectly. Lovely bar and bringing out chips and bread and butter half time watching the football was a very unnecessary but very thoughtful gesture. Will definitely stop again.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival. The rooms are "motel" style with adjacent car parking. Although converted from former outbuildings the rooms were modern inside and very comfortable. The bedroom was well equipped and both this and the shower room, were very clean. The breakfast was really tasty and a good selection of favourite pub dishes are served in the evening. Overall would definitely make a return stay if visiting this area again in the future.
Tucked away in a quiet spot but close to the centre of Melboure with plenty of available on street parking nearby. A spacious accomodation with eveything you could need and more.
