Loved this wee room above an ancient pub (1600?). Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. I'm pretty well of average height & had to dip my head to get through doorways, what fun! If you was after a classic old old pub the Rose & Crown is a top pick in a divine little village. The room was so comfortable & the shower was excellent. Had a fantastic stay in "Roach" overlooking the pond, and although the weather wasn't great it didn't detract from the beauty of the place, if anything it's made us want to come back again in the summer. Lovely hosts, attentive and friendly, would highly recommend.
