Beautiful little cottage in a fab location! 5 minute walk (down) to the town and train station. Dog friendly. Cute little front patio to sit and eat brekkie with next doors cats. Property was clean and tidy. Lots of space. Parking was a bit hairy if you’re not used to hill starts but gave us some light entertainment.
Fabulous location with plenty of parking. Beautiful house with low beams and gorgeously presented throughout. A house with all mod cons and plenty of character. Everything provided that you might need from a gas or coal bbq to plenty of glassware and posh towels!! Lovely walks on your doorstep and two nice pubs also within easy walking distance. We were a group of 8 and loved the fact that as well as the main sitting room, there's a snug and garden room if anyone wanted to get away from the rabble.
Maureen was really helpful and gave us good advice. Her responses were always spontaneous and reliable. The facilities were overall very good but we wished to have not only one bath towel each but a hand towel each as well.
It was a bit difficult to find the property especially in the rainy dark evening. The parking space was quite limited so that we found it was difficult to park with large cars.
Location, location, location. Right in Matlock Bath with parking in front. A lovely apartment. Surprisingly spacious and with en-suire and walk-in wardrobe in the master. The kids were very happy in the double room. Kitchen was really well equipped and the lounge was very comfortable. Maureen was very responsive on message and lovely to chat to on the phone
The flat is great. It is on the top floor and very spacious. It has everything you need and is in an excellent location with eating places nearby. If you're lucky you can get parking at the front but we used a reasonably priced car park 2 minutes walk away.
Great location( no parking but easy to park on the road, or in busier months a car park isn’t far) Really spacious flat with view over the river. Modern and clean. Great communication from owners on self access via key box.
