A very comfortable place with everything you need. I stayed for three nights as my daughter was moving house and I wanted to be nearby to help her. A nice secure garden for pets. Didn’t explore the area too much. Hosts very friendly and they leave a nice basket of goodies for you. Definitely recommend it.m

    Location was excellent for visiting family in the area. Hotel was easy to locate and parking was great. The owners were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Bed room checked daily to remove rubbish and tidy.

    Excellent place to stay, excellent breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, ample parking. Fantastic hosts. Very good shower. The room i stayed in was a studio with all mod cons (electric hob, microwave, toaster).

    This was fantastic value, everything has been thought of, king size bed, excellent kitchen facilities great bathroom with plenty room, Excellent welcome pack on arrival including a lemon drizzle cake, which with a cup of tea made a great start to the visit. Great parking facility ,lovely quiet area, we both slept very well in a comfortable king size bed Heating available when we needed it,The kitchen had oven and hob, microwave, fridge kettle ,crockery cutlery, Very good crisp bedding, in fact all A1.

    The breakfast was lovely, and the room & shower were very clean. The parking was at the back of the guest house and we felt that it was a good secure place. We were comfortable and got a reasonable night's sleep.

    Very friendly owners and a lovely property in a good location. Breakfast is great and made to order. Parking all nice and easy just to the back of the property. Would highly recommend a stay here. only a 20 minute drive from Lincoln city centre and a nice quiet nights sleep in this lovely village.

    Excellent staff, extremely helpful when we were unable to get a taxi and offered to drive us to a gig. Were also incredibly helpful when our car broke down in the car park the following morning!

    We felt very welcomed, the room was small but spotless and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfy with additional pillows if needed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The addition of free parking was the icing on the cake.

    The location was perfect for visiting family in Lincoln, Torksey and Tuxford. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, warm and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, with timings that suited us well. There was plenty of off street parking available. We will definitely stay again and have already recommended to other family members
