Lovely place - large room, large bedroom, good breakfast choices. Very welcoming staff. The building is a pub and hotel so you have to share the car park with pub patrons, but we had no problems getting a space. Don't forget to log your car registration though!

This is without doubt the finest Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed in. Ann has standards that hotels struggle to reach, it was an absolute delight to break our journey here. The room was comfortable, Good location on a working farm. Staff lovely to talk to and very attentive. There was an excellent choice for breakfast, homemade muesli and granola amongst other cereals and the cooked breakfast was amazing.

Really lovely and cute place to stay. So much bigger than the photos show, spacious for two. Great kitchen area for making meals. Comfy bed. Perfect location for event at Tatton Park. Short work into Knutsford which is a cute village with lots of things to do.
