What an absolute gem of a place! We had a great stay here, a great welcome, super comfortable bed, magnificent bathroom, excellent food in the pub and at breakfast.
It’s in a very pretty, quiet village with lovely views.
A lovely touch was being given a little travel bag with water, fruit and snacks in for our onward journey.

Spotless accommodation, well appointed. Heating and drying facilities were very welcome after arriving by bicycle soaking wet! Location suited us well.

Reasonably priced spacious room that didn't look like the regulation chain hotel box. Parking nearby was free between 6pm and 8am with 2 hour limit outside these times. Effectively allowing parking from 4pm until 10am if you could get a space.

The location is brilliant, in the High Street & convenient with parking (altho’ as the Festival was on parking was not available in the hotel car park but easily found on the High Street). The staff are friendly and prior to our stay we received a courtesy phone call to advise the festival was on, no car parking at the hotel & it would be noisy as they had loud live music until midnight. It was made clear we could cancel & the call was appreciated.
