The hosts Sam and John are absolutely lovely, so warm hearted and welcoming. They were always helpful and there for me, if I needed something. They made this stay even more special for me. In the flat, there were cookies, chocolate, tea and milk already there for my start of my stay, which was such cute gesture! The flat has a beautiful view, everything is so quiet and clean, it's so well equipped and nicely decorated. I immediately felt at home and it has such a positive energy and the hosts as well. The bed is so warm and comfy and the fireplace made it very cosy in the chilly evenings. All over the flat there are little notes with imformation written on small papers so that I didn't had to ask for help. And there was an extra book with all other information of how the heater works, the oven and stuff like that. I didn't miss a thing and whenenver I'll return to this wonderful village, I'll make sure, that I can stay at Bentley Rise again. This is for sure a place for regaining energy , enjoying holidays and really worth travelling to !!!

This was our 4th visit, which says it all !! Excellent location, fantastic views and beautifully decorated to the highest standard and immaculately clean inside. It has the added bonus of a parking. The new addition of a hot tub this year was the icing on the cake - absolutely perfect in every way ! Can’t wait to return.

Everything at the property was excellent. Fantastic location with a car parking space for our use. Great communication from the owners and fresh flowers scones, jam and clotted cream plus biscuits greeted us on our arrival. What a lovely surprise! I would highly recommend this property for a visit to Lyme Regis, it is just a short stroll into town. The facilities were excellent, a real home from home. Owners were very friendly too. Will definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely stay.

Great spacey apartment, immaculately clean, very well equipped and only couple of minutes on foot from the center. Angela and Andrew were extremely helpful and even provided some food for the first evening. You have everything you need in the kitchen and even a washing machine in case you get muddy after walking on the beach. All in all perfect apartment for a short (or long) stay in Lyme.
