Your staff are absolutely fantastic- they were so tentative to us from the moment we parked up and all the way through until we left.
The room was very clean, and you could tell there had been some real thought about how to make your guests comfortable during their stay. From the map, the restaurant menus for both properties, teas and coffees in the room. Was really lovely.

Loved how it was so close to Durdle door. Lovely and quiet . Very relaxing. The chalet had everything required for the stay. Beds were comfy and very clean bathroom. Had all the utensils. Highly recommend.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
On arrival the staffs didn’t even help . The picture appears with car parking lines are BOTH CAR PARKING . It is a round about . The property is listed as if they have car parking but they don’t have . One night they charged me 320£ but three property was displaying different price of 120£ a night on arrival. This is an absurd place . ! They manager never replied my emails even today
Fantastic location just a short walk to the beach, Superb breakfast and dinner. Staff very friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble. We got an excellent rate for parking in the local car park which we prebooked. The hotel had a no smoking policy for us that was excellent.

Location could not be better, about a 2 minute walk to the Cove. No parking but there is a large public car park almost opposite, check with the hotel when you arrive before paying for parking as they will cover the fee for you. This is part of the Hall & Woodhouse chain so there is a good choice of real ales and keg beers, and restaurant food and breakfast are very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and well appointed.
One of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in - gorgeous, clean, bright, huge comfy bed and spectacular view of the cove. Really trendy and lovely bathroom. Breakfast and evening meal was delicious. Location is spectacular, literally on the cove - with free parking in the big car park opposite.
Unbeatable location! This was our second stay and the weather was on our side so it was a wonderful weekend trip. I opted for a veggie breakfast and it was okay/basic. Free parking at the main car park, which is much appreciated. The only qualm I have is the noise that spilled into the room all night from outside due to wafer thin walls (can't be helped in most British B&Bs and pubs). But overall, a pleasant stay. Recommed for a short trip.
