Our recent stay at Feldon Lodges was a delightful escape to the serene beauty of the Cotswolds. Nestled within stunning grounds, the lodges provided a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature's charm. Everyone we interacted with at the Lodges was friendly and courteous making us feel welcomed. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the cozy ambiance made it easy to unwind after a day of exploration. One of the highlights was the fantastic breakfast at the on-site restaurant. This was an experience so different from any other we have had while on vacation. We relished the silence, with no sounds other than those from nature. Edward, Hester, and their daughters were very welcoming and they gave us wonderful suggestions for places to go during the day and where to eat in the evening. We had a lovely cup of tea and brownies upon arrival, overlooking the hillside. The home is truly lovely, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was gourmet!

The George at Brailes is a lovely traditional Coaching Inn in a charming village. We were impressed by the warmth of the welcome we received and by the wonderful hospitality throughout our visit. Our room was very clean, and very comfortable and it had all we needed for an overnight stay. The Landlady and all her staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. In particular the breakfast choice was remarkable for a small country inn and the breakfasts themselves were outstanding. We strongly recommend the George and would not hesitate to book there again.

Steve and his wife were fantastic hosts. The full english breakfast was the best I ever had, with locally sourced produce and a lot of home made ingredients. The place is beautiful, and has a great view of the rolling hills of the Cotswolds. Within walking distance of the local pub, and the Cotswolds Distillery.

A beautiful old Coaching Inn, wonderful surroundings and comfortable, spotless room. The bar had a lovely open fire and the garden was lovely, level and well kept. Ample easily accessible car parking. It was friendly, dog friendly (the bar) and very welcoming. The Proprietress was extremely helpful and we will definitely be recommending and stay here again. The food was lovely with generous portions and we felt that the pricing was very reasonable for the quality.
