This is a brilliant little place to spend a few nights. Very cosy and comfortable and well thought out. It had everything we needed. It's also in a great location, handy spar shop, great pub with good food and beer, and easy access to the most impressive coastline and the historic tin mining area.

The location, setting & layout were great & the instructions were clear.
It would have been nice if we'd had the time to stay longer.

Thank you so much to the hosts for the wonderful stay at your farm. The farm, both the house and the garden, is very beautiful, quiet and charming. The interior design of the house is very artistic and cozy at the same time. The owners treated us to delicious breakfasts with freshly cut flowers decorating the table. They also shared numerous tips on local places to visit and to eat. We felt very welcomed and would love to come back.

Perfect for what I needed- self-contained annexe with little kitchenette and bathroom. Easy to find with parking right outside the door and keybox access so that there's no concerns regarding late arrival. Bed nice and comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee available too. Lovely location and would definitely recommend!
Beautifully clean, high quality. Everything and more was in this little unit. Parking right outside for convenience. Amazing rugged costal walks right from the door step too.
Very quiet location. The Studio was equipped
throughout with brand new Bosch appliances along and newly furnished interior and bathroom with walk in shower.
Acces to the Studio and secure off street parking was by key pad activated high gate, along with the surrounding high stone walls of the vicarage, made the accomodation feel very safe.
The host was very welcoming and gave very clear and detailed instructions throughout the booking and arrival.
Very peaceful, clean and well equipped. Recently renovated. Great shower & comfortable bed. Efficient use of space. Great access to satellite tv channels. Easy & plentiful parking (a car is pretty essential). Wonderful communication from the hosts pre-arrival and Diane gave me a wonderful run through of the property when I arrived.
Loved the well fitted out kitchen and facilities. Loved the quirky style and Francesca's painting. Free car park was a real bonus. Would love to stay again for longer as location was wonderful. Also good for visiting the Minack Theatre and Sennen Cove.

Very pretty little cottage near the south west coastal path. Secure parking and walking distance to a couple of pubs and a convenience store. Would love to come back another time. Very good value for money.
