This is indeed a luxury yurt! It had everything we wanted and more. In particular, the bedding was super comfy!
We stayed for 7 nights during late May and used the hot tub for 6 of those and the braai for 5. We used the internal fire for 1 night when it was cooler (following rainy weather) and the yurt was toasty. The compost toilet was very beneficial; and the shared bathroom was always clean and had availability (even during half term holidays).
The site itself was beautiful and the camping community, including owners Gail and Amy, were lovely!
Great value for a longer stay and would absolutely return.

This is a top floor apartment. I (even at the age of 80) didn’t find the stairs a problem, but anyone who is lame or obese could struggle. I liked the central location and proximity to Waitrose.

The room was big and comfortable and away from the pub, so no bar noise etc, however I was located in a downstairs room & you could hear the person above walking across the room quite loudly. Clean room and bathroom, & comfy bed. I think the price was a bit much considering you had to pay extra for breakfast, but all in all it was a nice stay in a quiet village with parking and decent food.

The bed was sooo comfy! And an excellent shower,,with lots of instant hot water. Breakfast was very well cooked,,poached eggs perfect, bacon delicious!! Lots of parking space.
great location for exploring the surrounding area. very quaint olde village and next door's shop has everything you may need. hopefully the soon to be re-opening of the refurbished pub will add even more useability for those staying at the property. offroad parking outside too.
