The cottage was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. It was really spacious and accommodated our group of 7 easily with plenty of space to cook, eat and chill out. The kitchen was well equipped and the roll top bath was very popular! The communication from the owners was excellent and they even left us some toiletries. Would definitely return here.

We received very good personal support from Ella to resolve a very minor issue in just 10 minutes. The kitchen included all modern features including a dishwasher and washing machine. Unlike the nearby towns Rhos is very quiet and relaxed. We walked up to Bryn Eurig country park including llys Eurin meeting up with other walkers.

Very spacious with a private garden area to use the hot tub.
The kitchen area allows lots of room to cook with high quality utensils and equipment.
The ensuite in the bedroom is great, with an enclosed shower to stop any unnecessary surplus water on the floor.
The weather was biblical when we were there, but the central heating provides a cosy feel while watching the big wall mounted TV and sinking into the 2 x couches in the living area.
Some of the local takeaways will deliver to the site, as we found the food options at the resident bar quite expensive. But if you want to cook, there is a shop near the entrance that stocks most things and the bigger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
In summary, this is ideal for couples and families alike.... even if the weather conspires against you !

Bed made up upon arrival,even 2 bunk beds in the same room if required,even toilet rolls provided & bath towels,comfortable sofa & big screen television, enclosed back area with decking,table & chairs great for our 2 dogs with views of the sea.Also own parking space directly outside apartment.

Location excellent. we could walk to the sea in a couple of minutes and watch the sunset every evening. Sunsets were spectacular. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen facilities and parking good. Easy access by road to nearby popular tourist spots such as Snowden and Llandudno
Very pleased with the accommodation - and SO much of it. Lovely large lower floor with kitchen, lounge and dining area. Two enormous en-suite bedrooms upstairs. Bryn and Fiona really nice hosts, and an unexpected welcome pack which was much appreciated. Property provided good heating and a convenient parking area. Easy access to A55 expressway, brilliant location. Excellent value.
