Really nice guest house. Exceptional clean and well maintained. No restaurant but delicious hour sandwich delivered to my door. Always like it when there's a pack of biscuits left in the room, Karen went one better and it was a kit kat.

The roon was spacious for one person and clean. The TV had plenty of choses for viewing.
The facilities in the rest of the property were good with plenty of entertainment especialy if you have children and full kitchen.

It was in a quiet residential area centrally located but we felt like we had plenty of privacy and space to ourselves.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Lovely room with bathroom very near the beach views across the solent parking just outside very comfortable room owners helpful but not intrusive own key so could come and go as you pleased highly recommend
If its convenience, car parking, view, places to eat and walk, its the best. Then when you get to your accommodation, a nice chair, view. White bed linen. Pillows you can really prop up. Highly recommend breakfast at the Penquin Cafe, followed by an excellent walk.

Off street parking. Water views. comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Very quiet even though it is on a main road. You are able to have the curtains open and still have privacy.
.The room and facilities were exceptional and so comfortable. Little extras like fresh coffee,milk,biscuits,luxury toiletries,bath robes,super soft towels.
The view across the solent was stunning.
Private entrance,car parking space, 2 min walk to the seafront.
