From the Beginning We both arrived , it was much better in person than over the phone , My girlfriend wasnt too keen at first as it was Mainly a “fishing” trip but instantly her mind changed and we both enjoyed every minute their, Our Swan Lodge we had a little Friend called Rosie be by our door 24/7 even during the night haha and even brought us a few gifts from the Fields Would 100% recommend for Either Fisherman looking for couple Bigguns in Luxury or for couples

This was a long-term stay for myself and my spouse, and we can not recommend Joanne's place enough! She was incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to help us feel at home (in fact, we chose to extend our stay). We also had friends stay in her other room, and they were incredibly pleased as well. We had everything we needed, and the room was neat, tidy and cute. Its a lovely little place in the countryside, but also not far from the seaside, the Lincolnshire wildlife park, Skegness and the Wainfleet train station. Plus, just a few minutes walk from the stop for the bus between Skegness and Boston, which is beside a delicious restaurant. Her garden was very sweet and we fell in love with her little dogs. Couldn't recommend this stay enough!

Outstanding little guest room! This was perfect for our overnight on our way to Yorkshire. Our dogs were made welcome, we were free to come and go as needed and Vicky was an amazing host. The room was perfect, the bed was comfy, and the little closed in garden was perfect for the dogs to have some fresh air. Would happily book again if we were in the area.

Pleasant little attic room in an historic building in the shadow of the Stump. Room was clean, functional and the bed was comfortable, just right for the one night stopover.
