This lovely shepherds hut was cozy and comfy. The view was just incredible! Emma was extremely helpful. I really can’t wait to go back! I don’t drive and it was very convenient for the train station too.

it is convenient for our purpose and comfortable and pleasant enough. Other than that the cottage is not that inspiring and I wouldn't discribe it as having a lovely atmosphere. There are some nice walks along the River Ribble a short drive away.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
An excellent overnight stop. Very large and well equipped room and excellent value for money. Restaurant was modern in style and had very good food at reasonable prices. Cooked breakfast was made freshly to order and was very good. Plenty of parking available.
Room was big, we paid for a suite. Bed was comfy. Housekeeping were friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly, chatty and made us feel welcome. Plenty of parking.
The restaurant, food and staff in this area was great and its a pity the rest of the hotel is run down and caters for large groups (weddings and coach parties). Night porter was great and very accommodating. Parking was easy. On a more positive note, the room was large with the normal (basic and aged) furniture, and windows opened to let in fresh air in the bedrooms.

Clean, modern, quiet, well-equipped with little extras which were appreciated e.g. fresh milk in fridge. Meal deal was excellent value for money as was the quality of the food both in the evening and at breakfast. Friendly, polite and efficient staff. Excellent surroundings and easy free parking.
