Got the code for the keys straight after booking the accommodation. Easy peasy.
The hot tub was on and ready when we got there so no messing around and was straight in.
We used the cooking facilities and enjoyed Netflix on the TV the first night. The little snacks and treats the host left for us made the weekend that much better.
The entire place is very modern and the bathroom is very slick.

The cottage was immaculate but also styled to a very high spec - my family were super impressed. The code access was easier than trying to find and remember keys all the time, beds were super comfy and everything you needed was available. When i stupidly left a much treasured watch behind, the cleaner handed it in immediately and Hannah posted it straight back to me. My husband and I will definitely return to Carpenter’s cottage and use it as our base in the lakes- could not recommend this cottage more highly.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Beautiful food. Beautiful location. On site free parking. Great pool and free for hotel guests, my daughter enjoyed the pool too, Gym facilities look good too although I didn’t use them.
