The property was very well maintained and situated perfectly for exploring Bourton-On-The-Water. The room we had was on the top floor and had a view over the garden and a clawfoot tub. It was spacious and comfortable. The owner, Donna, was very friendly, giving us suggestions for things to do in the area. There was a lovely common room with a fireplace which was great to come back to after a day out exploring.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful village. Felt like I was in a film set! Loved it 100% recommend. Host was very communicative. No problems parking. Couple of great places to eat in the village. Great location to explore this part of the cotswolds.
Lovely country pub in a quiet Cotswold village, with friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room, good parking. Not much for veggies on the dinner menu, but if you ask, there's a whole vegan menu.
Very good breakfast: lots of choices, quality ingredients, well prepared and presented, generous with the amount of dishes and drinks you can have. Particularly nice staff in the morning and a pleasure to be in the beautiful dining area.
Very good choice of teas (very good quality teas) and coffee in the bedroom and nice fresh biscuits everyday.
Parking in the property.
We are very pleased to have found The Kingham Pllough. Located a 10-minute drive southwest of Chipping Norton, it is a perfect location from which to explore the Cotswolds. With nicely appointed comfortable rooms, a terrific restaurant, and complimentary onsite parking, it ticks all the boxes for country pub accommodation. Two of the Plough’s six rooms are also dog-friendly.
I stayed in a luxury room, which was like a small suite so as you entered from the landing the bath was in an ante room with a separate w.c. The room was well furnished with a window seat looking over the village green. The bed was comfortable and there was a kettle for tea and coffee and they put fresh milk outside the room in the morning. The basin was set within the wardrobe and the cold tap didn’t work very well. The staff were all helpful. The pub has a car park at the rear.
Nice peaceful location on a village green away from the hustle bustle of other busy Cotswolds towns. Easy parking facilities at the back of the pub with plenty of space. Lovely cosy, comfortable and clean room overlooking the village green with a decent size bathroom. It was not to noisy even though the room was above the pub at the front.
