These hosts made Scotland trip special with the homely touch i needed mid trip to keep me going. Kind, chatty, relatable and very accommodating. They bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and clearly enjoy what they do. Breakfast was a treat & you leave feeling like you’ve made new friends. I was impressed with how well equipped the house was - even sky tv! Furthermore, there was loads of cutlery, crockery etc - it is so annoying when you stay in a holiday home and there is the bare minimum resulting in having to handwash the cups every time you had a cup of tea. Even the small minutae such as big bags, washing up liquid etc - they were all there for our use. Inveravon was tremendous in that respect. The use of the hot tub was an absolute thrill and highlight of the holiday.
I would also like to add that the hosts were very accommodating - whilst we were supposed to leave by 10am, they contacted us to say that this was not a problem and to just leave when we were ready.
All these little things made such a big and positive difference.

Vena and Nick were wonderful hosts. Directions to the property were helpful and check-in simple. We had the tower room which was large, beautifully furnished yet cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. Our breakfast was ordered via the Isla Bank website for the next morning. Breakfast itself was enjoyable. The grounds were spacious, with on site parking and we had a great walk round the garden and the property itself.
The staff were friendly, the shower was lovely and powerful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. There was parking right outside.
This is a great air BnB style place in Keith. The accommodation is in Fife Keith, a short walk from the main street of Keith. Boogie Woogie cafe (great breakfast) and the Spar (small supermarket) are right next door. The place was cosy, beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower a bit tired but all working and clean. The driveway was terrible to enter/leave but there is plenty of safe street parking. Owner/host provided detailed instructions to enter, rules for the stay and was contactable and friendly throughout our stay.

The location was great for exploring the North East of Scotland! Ample parking in the adjacent street or behind the flat. Excellent grocery shop, news agents and bakery in the immediate vicinity.
Very comfortable beds and sufficient kitchen equipment to meet all our needs. Great TV too, with all the streaming apps you need to prevent your teenager from going rancid!
A lovely wee flat that I sued whilst travelling for work. Great location and onsite parking was also helpful. Facilities were great and the separate kitchen was great for what I needed. The selection of dvds also helped occupy my evenings .
It's close to a large supermarket, but also opposite a local shop which was very handy for items in the evening.
Keys were in a lock box on site, but the owner contacted me in advance to explain everything, which was very helpful.
I have stayed here a few times whilst visiting the area for work. Phil was a great host and helpful in explaining the area. The kitchen covered all aspects for my short stay and the availability of Netflix on the tv helped occupy my evenings.
