Lovely presentation with lots of Bee bits and bobs, very homily and comfortable. We especially like the honeycomb bedding ☺️ Lovely Chinese in Moffat as well, brilliant stop off on the way further into Scotland.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The Hotel Manager is an absolute delight. Have stayed at this hotel several times and we are always greeted with a friendly, welcoming, smile. Nothing is too much trouble. It's why we go back. The nearby facilities of shops, fuel stations and eateries are an added bonus. Plenty of car parking available at no extra cost. The lake views, walks around the lake and the acceptance of dogs only further adds to the charm of this hotel.
Everything the room was large spacious with a fantastic view of the lake. Plenty of car parking spaces and a great walk for the dogs.
The room facilities were excellent great housekeeping and comfortable beds.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, reasonably quiet even though close to the M74. Perfect location for stopping overnight during a long distance journey. Plenty of free parking. Next to a lake – lovely view.
