Master bedroom with shower room en-suite was best room of the house. The proper management lady Helia tried to do what she could but the owner hasn’t apologised about anything or offered any kind of compensation for all of the “inconveniences” as they put it.

A very warm and genuine welcome from our hosts who were hospitable, helpful and informative. The facilities were smart, clean and comfortable - very efficient shower and a good supply of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was perfectly cooked, tasty and the service was excellent. Everything there that you could want…and more! Excellent communication regarding booking or queries and could accommodate a slightly earlier check-in which was really appreciated. Easy access to the motorway & the shop & takeaways are just down the road. It’s a beautifully decorated & furnished house and the milk & biscuits were a thoughtful touch.

Beautiful and clean, everything I needed, to enjoy a quiet stay. There was a welcome pack of essential groceries, and a fantastic choice of soaps, shampoo and conditioner. In a great location if you want a quiet peaceful break. But near enough to local towns and Haydock races. Plenty of local public transport. The property has a great host who cares.

How neat it was for the money and the comfort of the bed.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Didnt have to arrange a time, just turn up as and when ready and the same for drop off.
Mostly clean and tidy
Great location for where we needed to be. Parking was on the road and first come first serve but there was plenty of availability.
