The location is peaceful, deep in the Dorset countryside. The hosts are wonderful, this is our second stay and they made us feel like friends.The room we had on both occasions was spacious, clean with immaculate bathroom facilities. The Breakfast choices were excellent, catering for everyone's pallet and cooked to perfection.

Lovely clean and cosy caravan with everything needed for a night away with 2 young children and a dog before catching the ferry from Poole the following morning. Milk and biscuits left for us which was a lovely touch and travel cot available. Great value for money with lots of amenities close by. Would definitely recommend.

Really good location on an excellent site. Lots of amenities on site available to us including a swimming pool and Gym. Ideal location for walks through the beautiful Hurn Forest. The caravan was well equipped and even included milk and cookies on our arrival. Our bed was very comfortable and we also had use of a TV with many channels. Good cooking facilities, ironing board etc. There was a deck for use in good weather and resident robin made us welcome ! It was a nice end to our holiday

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. A huge car park and comfortable seating outside and in - quiet at night and convenient for family wedding in Cranborne. Generous well cooked breakfast with friendly hot drink refills on request.

Very down to earth - we love how someone asked for a flat white, and the response was 'that's a coffee with milk here...'!. - this is first and foremost a traditional pub with rooms, not a hotel with a pub!

Super - friendly staff, great food, amazing INCLUDED breakfast, the bedrooms are large we slept like babies in room 1 ....the only things that might bother others....there's road noise and there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. Easy parking with a burger type van in the car park.
