We really enjoyed our stay, more so we have booked to go again. The food is excellent and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and a very comfortable bed! Lovely walk on the Promenade and an ice cream is a must!

Good spacious property which felt like a home away from home
Set in Birkenhead, Boutique Rooms features free WiFi. All units in the guest house have an electric kettle, a fridge, complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
We had a meal in the restaurant and it was good. It was a very convenient one-night stop over, meaning we were only about 25 minutes from the Stena Line Terminal at Birkenhead. There was plenty of free parking. The staff were friendly.
very clean room in the cottages at end of car park, very quiet and roomy, lovely shower, comfy bed extra pillows, hotel was very smart and clean, friendly staff, breakfast was very good with good choices of fruit pieces, yoghurts, cereals and cooked options.

The location was perfect for us lovely big room. Plenty of storage space. Nice big shower room, didn't eat here so can't comment on meals. Staff members that I did speak to very pleasant and helpful as couldn't get the door card to work went to reception sorted out immediately. Plenty of free parking.Room was cleaned the day after arriving wasn't expecting that as only stayed for 2 nights.
