The manager’s service was beyond my expectations. Went out if his way to provide me with a lovely room that was so comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. He went above and beyond on a very busy night due to Ascot races patrons booking in. I really appreciated the care, friendliness and service provided by all of the staff while I waited for my room. I had a late checkout and the quiet and peace was amazing! The grounds were lovely and obviously the whole hotel is being taken care of and refurbished so nicely! Even the security guys were helpful and very friendly. I would love to stay there again. It has history and elegance if it’s time. Absolutely loved my stay. Location was great. Nice and quiet, breakfast was excellent. One staff member particularly stood out was Maahin who chatted to me, very welcoming and attentative to any of my requests. Thinking she had been there years then finding out only several months was a surprise. Highfield Park should be proud of someone like her working for them. Well done and I will be back.
