Great location to explore the area. House was spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable. It really was home from home. Paula was very communicative and instructions on how to enter the property were very clear, as was how to access the parking. The key safe at the back of the property as well as the front was great. I would definitely recommend this property.

This was the cutest guest house I've ever stayed in. We only thought we would have a small room but it was very decent sized, the ensuite had a bath,there was also a separate shower room. we had a lovely massive living room and kitchen! It was fantastic and only 20 minutes from windermere ! Will deffo book here again. Chris was lovely and gave us some nice tips as to where to go.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
good bedrooms and bathroom, clean and light with space downstairs to relax and eat: ideal for 2 to 3 persons.

Extremely well stocked village shop, opened early enough to buy breakfast things and other food before setting off for the day.
Street parking not a problem: there was always space.
