The room was clean and comfortable and relaxing decor. It had complimentary real milk , not in little cartons and bottles of water in the fridge . And the food was fresh and delicious . Staff were very helpful and lovely, nothing was too much.

We loved the location and the room was lovely and clean and very comfortable. We came and went as we wanted and the towels were changed after 2 days. We chose not to take breakfast, but would stay again.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Great location, big spacious room with large screen tv amd WIf and very clean. I had the best burrito at the Mexican restaurant. The hotel has free parking. There are plenty of restaurants and bar around. Staff were very helpful.
The room was comfortable and clean and the location was excellent, we also managed to get a place in the car park with free parking. Being first time visitors to Hitchin we were looking for advice on various things and the hotel receptionist couldn't have been more helpful.
