A very warm and genuine welcome from our hosts who were hospitable, helpful and informative. The facilities were smart, clean and comfortable - very efficient shower and a good supply of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was perfectly cooked, tasty and the service was excellent. Great value for money and we would happily stay again.

Know the area well as I used to live there so obviously it is great! Very close to the dog walking field which the mutts were ecstatic about and also a great chippy and Indian takeaway. Property was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. If I had to make a suggestion - kitchen towel and bathroom hand towel would have been welcomed - we did have our own with so no major biggy and left a present of a spatula. Very happy to recommend and would be very happy to use again

Beautiful and clean, everything I needed, to enjoy a quiet stay. There was a welcome pack of essential groceries, and a fantastic choice of soaps, shampoo and conditioner. In a great location if you want a quiet peaceful break. But near enough to local towns and Haydock races. Plenty of local public transport. The property has a great host who cares.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The house was very well located for a weekend at the palace ballroom, Hindley. We enjoyed being in walking distance of plenty of amenities including take outs and Toscana restaurant. There was plenty of house conveniences, including lounge, towels and basic toiletries . Good on street parking.
The property is nicely decorated with a good kitchen. WIFI and parking is available outside. Nice TV with netflix. Supermarket nearby. House was warm and cosy.
