We loved so much about The Pheasant Inn from the pleasant staff, the food was exceptional and their options for various dietary requirements were fantastic and the property was very clean. Onsite parking which was fantastic, the setting was just out of this world. The breakfast gets a special mention, they have a fantastic menu and was just what we needed before a wedding we were attending at a separate venue.

We liked the feel of home away from home. A kitchen that was equipped to do extra food when required. Your own on site parking and out door garden.

From pulling up in the car park on arrival to leaving the following morning this was an exceptional visit. Rooms were very comfortable with the most amazing view of the countryside imaginable. Evening meal was excellent with attentive staff, good selection of drinks at the bar and to finish it off a first class breakfast. Faultless experience.

Very well organised and the staff such as Clair, the young Englishman behind the bar and the young Rumanian waitress were all excellent. Matt’s cooking was very good indeed. Also, the hotel is in a great position for views and for walking. The car park was very large and so parking was very easy.
