The staff were so friendly. We were met first with the cutest dog. And then Dave, who carried our bag up to our room. Both Dave and his mum were the two people we encountered for our stay. They were the nicest people. The room was ideal for what we needed for the weekend. Dave lent us a metro card to top up so we could travel to Liverpool and back.
The bed was super comfortable. The room was warm and quiet. The hotel was just a base, and perfectly located to the bus and ferry station just across the road. We chose the hotel because I wanted car parking. But turned out to be a brilliant location and we plan to return.
