The hosts, Ray and Loren, were very communicative and accommodating. We had an ensuite room with two beds. The room and bathroom were both clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of great conversation. This property is near the Lotus car factory, which we visited during our stay. If you are visiting the Lotus factory, make sure to tell Google maps to avoid highways so that it doesn't route you onto the A11, to avoid the construction detours. I believe construction will go on through 2024-2025.

Very comfortable and private accomodation next to a lovely lake. Perfect place to wind down in peace, but still close to Norwich and other cities and sights in East Anglia. The mattresses were especially great. Zena was a great host and took good care of us.
