The tree top cabin itself was amazing, such an experience. Very cosy and comfortable. How the cabin has been made is unreal, absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend. Staff was also very welcoming, extremely helpful and a joy, a very happy person. We were also given a complimentary breakfast which was a lovely added treat

All staff were pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Had remembered we needed a ground floor room or a room near the lift, husband has mobility issues. Helpful with a taxi to town and back. Breakfast staff were brilliant.

Sarah was lovely and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. The landscape was lovely and quiet. We didn't have a car so we needed taxis. Sarah was very helpful and drove us once to Canterbury which is not far away. It was a good choice.
