It was a quiet and comfortable flat with all the necessary conveniences that were completed to a high standard in a lovely great village location. Everything you needed was provided. The bed was a really comfortable king size. The sofa bed met the kids needs. The host was great - provided tea, coffee, milk and bottled water in the kitchen. My family felt really at home and happy. Wife loved the expensive hand wash. For the price we couldn’t be happier - great value for money and definitely recommend.

Everything was just wonderful. The summer house is comfortable, clean and cozy. The views are amazing and the bed is super comfortable. There are plenty of places to sit and relax both inside and on the wonderful deck. I spent the evening on the deck reading a book by the fire just relaxing and unwinding. The bath is wonderful. Grab a glass of delicious wine and soak in the bath while you watch the deer and the geese down the bottom of the garden. We also had dinner on site. Delicious food at very good prices. Hein and his whole team really went the extra mile to ensure everything was just perfect. We will definitely come back here again.

The room was so comfortable and the spa facilities were very welcome after Al long trip. Breakfast started before I needed to leave but they were kind enough to bring me an early continental breakfast Close enough to Gatwick to make it an enjoyable one night stay shutout being too far away.

The hotel was in a good location for the Pantiles and Spa Valley railway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early, and when my partner had a migraine on our departure day, they allowed him to stay in the room for longer so he could sleep. The room was clean, and the shower was great. We ate there on the first night, and the food was very tasty. Breakfast was good. Another plus was the free parking. We would definitely stay again. Well done, Smith and Western.
