The room, the garden, the breakfast all make me so happy. They were quite busy with parties & afternoon tea, and yet we were treated like we were VIPs. We ate in the comfy chairs in a room with fireplace & lovely Tudor decor, fireplace & walls. Customer service was perfect! The location for us was perfect, just 10 mins walk from Brentwood high street and station. Despite recent reviews, the property was clean, and although next to train lines, the noise did not impact sleep and trains stopped around 11pm anyway. The property is a good size and loving area was fine for 4 adults and 2 under 2’s.
