Caitlin was really friendly and we felt very welcome. "Ailsa" the little bowtop wagon was cute and much cosier than we had expected. We stayed during a cold spell in autumn but it's well insulated and the little electric heater was more than enough to keep the chill off. It's in a beautiful, quiet location at the foot of the Convals, not far from Ben Rinnes. It was also a great base to explore some of the local distilleries!

Warm welcome on arrival and shown to our rooms. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were a good size and very clean and warm. Evening meal was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly. Good choice at breakfast and lovely packed lunch kept us going on our long walk. Host and staff were cheery and more than helpful.
