This stay will forever set the bar really high for our BnB stays. It’s all we ever wanted: Sheila and Allan are so welcoming and their conversations are so interesting. They made sure right away that we felt very comfortable, and their attention to details is unmatched. The breakfast was delicious and they are so easy to talk about accommodations like gluten free. The house is spotless and so clean. We felt like we were visiting family. The location of the house was a perfect home base for our couple days of exploring around (Inverness, fort Williams, glen Affric, working sheepdogs, isle of Skye…) it was so convenient and we were looking forward to come back every night to our cosy stay. They know the area really well and are so resourceful with great recommendations. We will remember the restaurant in the hotel 10 minutes away for a long time. I can’t believe they do not charge more for the room, as I felt like it was a luxurious stay. We stayed in other BnB close by and the experience was completely different, more like a fast and cheap stay, nothing like here. I think anybody visiting Scotland needs to spend a couple nights here. We will be back! Thank you so much for everything

We liked the concept and idea of An Spiris. Also, the fact that it has its own charging point for electric cars.

Quaint room. Netflix was available on TV which was a nice surprise. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Castle grounds are very beautiful with nice gardens. Main lounge area and dining room nicely decorated with great character. Dinner was ok but we loved breakfast especially the scones and fruits.

Hosts, Barry and Em were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, everything we needed with comprehensive descriptions of walks and places to visit. It is perfectly located with wonderful views of the surroundings and wildlife. Perfect location for walks to the local waterfalls and down to Loch Ness, also for day trips out in the car, to Inverness, Skye.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Booked the family room for two adults and a four year old. The room had a large bed and two singles so definitely enough room for the three of us. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The scenery around the hotel is amazing. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere or at least gives you that feeling which is great.
Room and hotel were nicely decorated. Woke up to deer grazing outside the hotel. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. Plenty of parking. Very picturesque.
Very nice and convenient location on the way to/from Skye. Large parking with the space available. Good view all around. For staying only one night was all right.
It had a spectacular view. It took my breath away. You immerse yourself in nature and the Scottish highlands. There was lots of free parking, even though it was fully booked. The staff is friendly and helpful to whatever you need. My sister and I booked the room with the two twin beds. The beds were super comfortable. The room decor was simple but beautiful and it also had the view. The bathroom was super clean and so was the bedroom. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Decent double room, very comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast plentiful. Evening menu and quality of food really good.
Great location for hillwalking in area.
Good size car park.
