The Vendees is in a quiet, rural location in a small village. It gave good access to County Down and Belfast. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a choice from continental items and cooked food, including an Ulster fry up and pancakes! Noreen and JP were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. The room was lovely and the bed and sheets very comfortable. A guest sitting room is provided and homemade cake on arrival, which was very tasty!
Green Monkey Lodge is situated in British and has a heated pool and inner courtyard views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

The hosts were very accommodating! We were extremely pleased with the amount left on offer to us. We felt highly impressed with our stay on a whole and in a very peaceful and quiet location. Daisy the dog is extremely friendly. Very well trained also. Was able to come and please as we wanted with no restrictions and a nice area to park the car right outside. Had facilities for washing clothes with pods also left under the sink and a washing line. Everything you would possibly dream of and more! Couldn’t hype it up anymore, have already started to plan another trip back as it was phenomenal!

Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless, very comfortable and cosy.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
We didn't actually stay in this property, it was a different property offered to us by the owner Gail which was just down the road. It was a very spacious detached bungalow, plenty of parking and everything we needed from the rental.
Gail even left us a bottle of wine, milk and snacks which was a lovely gesture.
Cracking big, well equipped house, spacious, comfortable, parking at property. Excellent wifi.
Helpful host, we stayed in an equivalent property to the one booked, not the actual booked property, host guided us the allocated property with patience. Host agreed to late check out time due to easyjet flight cancellations. Nice local pub for drinks and food.
