The Retreat was delightful, set in a secure gated gardens with views through the valley to Motherwell. Very easy to get to and perfect access to road links.
The Retreat was very spacious, peaceful, warm and comfortable. Plenty of space for the dogs inside and out. The bathroom is one that you only dream of owning with plenty of soft towels..

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The bar staff were amazing and so very cheery . The many rooms to sit, eat or chill were great! The food was bloody good in the bar, we loved the pizzas, they were so delish!
