Fantastic location with an amazing view of the lake. The room had character but was tastefully decorated. The entrance and staircase is incredible! Breakfast was top notch. It was a great stay.

Plenty of space for children to play hide and seek :) Place for active games, table tennis and a climbing wall. Right from the yard there are three walking routes of varying difficulty. A beautiful view from the window into the courtyard, where bunnies and pheasants run in the morning. Great internet.

The best accomodation we had during 2 weeks of travel in Wales and the UK Lake district. The cottage has one bedroom with a garden view, an open living room, dining room and kitchen (which possesed the only microwave we were ever blessed with. The living area had french doors which opened on to a private patio over looking the Wye river where we could sit and (depending on the time of day) watch kyakers, swans (both swimming and flying) and beautiful sunsets. The hostest Lynda, was most charming and helpful in answering any questions about the area.
